Each small team, supported by your Team Leads who we upskill, follows the step-by-step instructions through an agile innovation process with 9 activities. They collaborate offline (in their own team sessions) and online (on the mobile app) to Imagine, Create, and Celebrate success.
Through the Imagine and Create activities, it provokes much deeper team discussions and thinking to pre-define and track the behavioural change required of all the stakeholders involved. Through the Celebrate activities it challenges teams to capture and showcase their innovation journey, lessons learned and impact through a journey storyboard and success video.
Each activity screen includes the team instructions and shared worksheets to capture their responses concurrently as a team; with an integrated ChatGPT for on-demand AI support.
This action learning and human centred process encourages teams to use their own tacit knowledge, intuition and insights – Human Intelligence (HI) first and then to use AI to augment their own knowledge and thinking.
